Purpose

You use this report to display and analyze commitment and actuals documents posted in Funds Management (FM) on line item level.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

The system selects and displays:

• Commitments from the Commitment Documents Funds Management table

• Actuals from the FI Header/Line Item Table in Funds Management table and the Actual Line Item Table for Funds Management table

The output data is always summarized based on the displayed characteristics.

Selection

You must select a layout. Use the input help (F4) to select a layout by doing the following:

• Choose the SAP List Viewer layout.

• Select Choose Fields to define visible fields manually.
