Description

Program which creates a budget object for each FM account assignment in cost allocations.

Requirements

You have created the cost allocation posting commitment items and the funds centers for cost allocations and have maintained a rule for the cost allocation posting FM account assignments.

Output

Error message if:

  • Commitment item does not exist:
  • Funds center does not exist:
  • Fund does not exist:
  • Plan values exist for the FM account assignment:
  • Posting documents exist for the FM account assignment:
  • The FM account assignment belongs to a cover pool:
  • The FM account assignment is blocked:
