RFFM_MIG_OPEN_DB_DISPLAY - Display Worklist of Document Bundles To Be Closed in FI

Purpose

To decrease the migration time, in other words, the time when both procedures of the payment update in Funds Management must run parallel, the payment-relevant document bundles still open in FI should be closed as soon as possible. You can use this program to run report Migration of Payment Update: Create Worklists(RFFM_MIG_OPEN_DB_ANA) to display determined document bundles.

Features

Selection

You can restrict the display of documents by running the selection only for certain documents or for certain accounts. You can use the selections on the selection screen.

• If you specify a minimum size for the document bundel, only those document bundles whose document number is above this value will be displayed.

• If you set this indicator Select Closed Document Bundle, you define that the document bundles now closed should be flagged as completed.

• If you set the indicator Display Open Items Only, you define that only the open items of the selected document bundle should be displayed.

• If you set the indicator Display Open Document Bundles Only, you define that only document bundles that do not have the completed indicator should be displayed.

• If you set the indicator Display Compl. Document Bundle, you define that the selected documents are supplemented by remaining documents in the bundle and displayed as complete.
