RFIBAN_DEL - Delete IBAN

Purpose

You use this report to delete IBANs that are no longer used.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have entered checks in BTE 00003091 ("Delete IBAN") relating to the use of IBANs.

Features

Selection

You can limit the amount of data to be edited by the report. If you do not enter any restrictions, the system selects and edits all IBANs.

Start the report only in test mode first, then check that the correct IBANs are selected.

Standard Variants

Output

The list contains the IBANs that were deleted in the system or it contains error messages if it was not possible to delete IBANs. You can structure the message texts to meet your own requirements using the related parameters.

Activities

Example

1. You want to add the bank key and the account number to the message text for the IBANs to be deleted. In this case, for example, replace the suggested text "IBAN &IBAN deleted" with the text "IBAN &IBAN for bank key &BANKL and account number &BANKN deleted".

2. You want to shorten the message text for the IBANs that cannot be deleted and add the name of the user who entered the IBAN. The new text could be as follows: "IBAN &IBAN cannot be deleted, used in &TABNAME &TABKEY, entered by &ERNAM".

The field names of table TIBAN can be used as text variables (they should begin with the character &).
