Description

You use this report to prepare a list of items that have been assigned a dunning block indicator for processing by a collection agency. There are two types of lists that you can create, as follows:

  • Open items
  • Items that have been cleared since the last time you ran the report
You can save lists of this type as a file and send it to the external company for information purposes.

Required entries

  • Company code
  • Date of last run
The day when the report was last run. This system fills out this field automatically and you should not change it under normal circumstances. If you do so, the list may be incomplete. The possible entries function shows the last five days when you executed the program and saved the list as a file (see below).
  • Run date
The day when the report is to be run, usually the day's date.

Optional entries

  • Variant
The ABAP List Viewer variant that you want to display the list with.

Output

The list displays all the selected customer and vendor items. You can display a document by positioning the cursor on it and choosing Display document. You can display a customer's or vendor's dunning data by positioning the cursor on the customer or vendor number and choosing Dunning data. In the list of cleared items, you can also save the list as a file, on your application server or PC, by choosing Download.

Some of the entries in the list of open items may not contain an amount. These are used to indicate new items that have arrived since you sent the dunning items to the collection agency (for example, a partial payment for an open item). Although the list does not show the amount of the new item itself, the amount of the dunning item is reduced accordingly to show how much is still outstanding.
