Title

Consistency check of document views (also known as indexes) against document table BSEG

Purpose

You use this program to check the consistency of the document views (BSIS, BSAS, BSID, BSAD, BSIK, and BSAK) with the line items in table BSEG.

Features

The program consists of two parts that can be activated using indicators. If there are a high number of errors, do not set the "Detailed Log" and "Extra Detailed Log" radio buttons; otherwise, the list is too long and the system issues the error message "...new_page_alloc_failed".

Comments about output control (under "Output"):

"Summary Only" radio button:
The system issues only a summary of the errors that arose.

"Detailed Log" radio button:
In addition to a summary, for each index containing an error, the system also returns the account and the key fields of the line item and the errors.

"Extra Detailed Log" radio button:
In addition to a detailed log, for each index containing errors, the system returns the selected index and BSEG fields, provided the index or line item exists.
