RFKK1099 - 1099 Reporting - Data Extraction

Title

Return 1099

Purpose

The program creates a sequential file for 1099 (return). You can process this file further to create returns (B notice) for the authorities in the USA. All open items that were relevant for clearing for 1099 are selected (table DFKK1099). The program notes which entries returns have already been created for. However, if necessary, you can also select old entries and report them again.

The following options are available:

1. Display

The system displays a list with the selected entries that would be reported. You can configure the output format of the list.

1. Download

A sequential file is created with the following structure:

• Header date, report name, and letter H

• Items that have the layout according to structure DFKK1099_E

If you do not specify a name, the program generates a file name consisting of report name.YYMMDD.HHMMSS.

1. Update

The report date is noted (table DFKK1099, field REPDT).
