RFKKAR11 - Archiving of FI-CA Documents: Deletion

Description

You use report RFKKAR11 to execute the second step in document archiving in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA): Deleting the documents based on a previously created archive. Report RFKKAR10 carries out the first step: Creation of an archive with FI-CA documents.

The corresponding archiving object is FI_MKKDOC.

For all those documents present in an archive, the system deletes all the structures and the change documents in the database.

For each document deleted, the system updates an archive index in the database, enabling you to access individual documents already archived.
