RFKKAR44 - Archiving of Data for Doubtful Receivables: Write

Description

Report RFKKAR44 carries out the first step in archiving data about doubtful receivables in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA): Creation of an archive.

Report RFKKAR45 carries out the second step: Deletion of the data based on the previously created archive.

FI_MKKDRVA is the archiving object that contains the tables DFKKZW, DFKKZW2 and DFKKZWH.

Since the tables had to be extended by the key field ‘valuation area’, new tables were created.

The archiving object FI_MKKDRVA therefore also contains the new tables for the scenario with valuation areas.

The program checks the age of the data selected and only permits archiving if the data is not from the current or the last fiscal year. It also checks whether all FI-CA documents for which there is a doubtful entry have been archived.
