Purpose

This program is for displaying entries in the duplicate check table of consumption items.

Features

Selection

  1. If you wish, limit the selection further using the parameters in the following group boxes:
  • Master Data

  • Source item ID

  • Other Criteria

  1. You can add additional parameters to the selection by choosing the Other Selections pushbutton. The system offers only those parameters that are contained in the consumption item classes active in the system.
  • You can add fields to the selection or remove them by selecting the fields in the field list and choosing the pushbuttons @0E@ Copy Selected or @11@ Delete Selection.

  • By choosing the pushbuttons Individual Values and Intervals, you can choose the form in which you enter the selection values.

  • Once you have chosen and made entries in the fields you want, save your entries by choosing the @2L@ Save pushbutton.

Output

The program shows the entries from the duplicate check table that meet the selection criteria.

Activities

You can use the following functions in the list:

  • Using the pushbutton @42@ (refresh display) you can update the display to reflect the current status of the data in the database. The program then selects the data again from the database using the current selection criteria.
  • By choosing the @10@ Consumption Items pushbutton, you can display the consumption items belonging to the selected entries of the duplicate check table.
  • By choosing the @4G@ All for Duplicate push button, you can display all entries in the duplicate check table belonging to a selected entry
  • By choosing the @GD@ Original Selection pushbutton, after hitting the @4G@ All for Duplicate pushbutton, you can return to your previous choice.
  • By choosing the @38@ Check, you can check if the selected items are still duplicates with the current configuration of the duplicate check.
  • By choosing the @F1@ Duplicate pushbutton, you can indicate entries marked as Not Duplicate using @5Y@ as being Duplicate.
  • By choosing the @5Y@ Not Duplicate pushbutton, you can accept an entry that is flagged with @F1@ as a duplicate, and thereby allow the further processing of the related consumption item, as long as it has not been reversed.
  • By choosing the @KB@ Transfer pushbutton, you can transfer the consumption items belonging to the selected entries of the duplicate check table to status 2. In this way, items that have been excepted are added again as long has they have not been reversed. During the transfer the duplicate check is executed again.
