RFKKBIX_DFKK_VT_CYCREQ_DELETE - Deletion of Periodic Rating Reequests

Purpose

The system stores history records of rating requests in table DFKK_VT_CYCREQ.

This report deletes the history records. You can select history records using consumption item classes.

Integration

Prerequisites

You can delete history records if they meet the following criteria:

• The records have reached the residence time that you entered on the selection screen. This requirement is met if the number of days elapsed since the records were created is greater than the residence time.

• The records have reached the residence time of consumption items in the system. This requirement is met if the number of days elapsed since the records were created and the period end of the records is greater than the residence time of the given consumption items. The system cannot delete history records for consumption item classes, for which no residence time is defined.

Features

If you start the report in test mode, no changes are made to the database. Changes are made to the database only if you start the report in update mode.

Activities

To delete history records of rerating requests:

1. Enter consumption item classes.
2. Enter the residence time that the data records need to have reached before they can be deleted.
3. The system can determine the residence time using your Customizing settings; or you can enter a comparison date manually. The date of creation acts as the comparison date.

Note
If you manually enter a comparison date that conflicts with the date calculated in Customizing (for instance, the manual date is later), then the program automatically corrects your entry so that the residence time entered in Customizing remains in effect.

Example
You want to delete data on July 16. You enter July 15 as a different to-date. However, the minimum residence time entered in Customizing is 10 days. Therefore, the system automatically changes your entry to July 5.
