RFKKDPR_MIG - Data Protection: Migration from Archive for Determ. of SoRT for BP EoP
BAL Application Log Documentation ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plansThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
On the basis of the transactional data, the system determines whether a business partner can be blocked. The transactional data defines the start of the residence time of a business partner. If you have archived transactional data such as FI-CA documents, before you have implemented the data privacy function, this will not affect the calculation of the residence time.
During archiving, the system updates the necessary data in the table DFKKDPR_BP_ASORT for the check in transaction FPDPR1.
Using this report, you fill this table with the relevant transactional data from the archive files. In this way, you ensure that the system can calculate the residence time of the business partner correctly as well as the time frame over which the business partners are to be blocked.
Note
If you do not need the archive files to check whether the business partners can be blocked (transaction FPDPR1), you can handle this migration step with the program as follows:
-
Create the program ZZZ_FKKDPR with the form routine SKIP_MIGRATION_CHECK.
The form routine has to have a changing parameter CV_CAN_SKIP_MIGRATION_CHECK. - Define the changing parameter CV_CAN_SKIP_MIGRATION_CHECK to the value ABAP_TRUE.
For more information, see SAP Note 2332403.

Activities
Choose the relevant archiving objects and process all required archiving data.
The system determines the lower date limit of the data to be migrated from the Customizing settings for the end of purpose. Here, the lower limit is determined from the longest retention period of the business partner for the application MKK.
Example
RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency
