RFKKDREAR01 - Archiving of Data for Event-Based Deferred Revenues

Description

Report RFKKDREAR01 carries out the first step in archiving data from event-based deferred revenues in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA): Writing data to the archive.

Report RFKKDREAR02 carries out the second step: Deletion of this data from the database based on the archive previously created.

The archiving object is FI_MKKDRE.

The program archives all entries for an assignment key and checks whether:

• All entries are already fulfilled (STATUS = 1) or overfulfilled (STATUS = 3)

• The related FI-CA documents (and, as appropriate, reversal documents) have already been archived

• The residence time defined in Customizing has been exceeded

• All triggers have already been transferred to the general ledger
  
  

Archiving only takes place if all checks for each package entry have been completed successfully.
