RFKKES_M347_INCASH_DEL - Form 347: Deletion of Incoming Cash Transaction Data (Spain)

Purpose

You use this report to delete data from the table FICA_INCASH_347 when the data is no longer required in the system. This table contains information about FI-CA incoming cash payments that are relevant for the annual statement of business transactions with third parties in Spain.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

When you run the report, the system deletes all records in table FICA_INCASH_347 for which no active business partner with a VAT registration number (field CSTCEG) is available (that is, the business partner does not exist or the deletion flag has been set for the business partner).

Selection

Enter the required selection criteria.

Since the number of records in table FICA_INCASH_347 might be very high, we recommend that you limit the selection.

If required, you can run the report in test mode. You can also define whether deleted records and records that could not be deleted are displayed in the report output.

Depending on your selection criteria, the system displays a list of deleted records and records that could not be deleted.
