RFKKFACTFILE_INFO - Send Clearing Information Again

Purpose

If technical problems occur during transfer of data by file or API to the factor, you can use this report to send the data selected by a run again. The report creates clearing information for sold receivables for transfer by file or by the API Factoring - Clearing Data.

Alternatively, you can create the file directly in the transaction Forward Clearing Information (FPFA3) by choosing Environment -> Create File.

The file can then be created in an update run.

Integration

Prerequisites

In Customizing for Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable under Business Transactions -> Factoring -> Define Factor, you can define communication with the factor by API and also specify that file creation is to be implemented by your own function module instead of by standard module FKK_FACTORING_FILE_CLEARING.
