RFKKID_TC1_LST - Display VAT Correction Data

Purpose
You can use this report to display and check existing postings and data consistency of marked and unmarked items, and also to check corrected and correction documents that were included in the VAT correction processing.
In addition, you can use this report to mark receivables items for VAT correction processing by uploading a file with the data into the system that contains the list of items.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have executed the Process Items for Tax Corrections report regularly.
Features
Selection
You can choose one of the following actions:
- Display corrected documents
- Display correction documents
- Note:
- When you select this option, and you do not select the Display Item Detailscheckbox, enter a reconciliation key in the Controlgroup box.
- Markitems with file upload
- When you choose this option, the report uploads the file and saves all the items in the file in the Tax Corrections – Items for processing(DFKKIDTCT) database table that stores all the marked items for VAT correction processing.
- You can upload a TXT file or an ASC file. When you upload an ASC file, ensure that the file contains only one column with the FI-CA document of the corrected document with no header data.
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the all the details of the document items according to your settings on the selection screen. If you find any inconsistency in the displayed data or, for example, a correction posting is missing, you need to execute the Process Items for Tax Corrections report again.
If you have selected the Display Correction Documents radio button, the system displays the correction documents, and you can choose to manually create a correction for the correction documents by choosing the Correct Correctionbutton for a certain type of predefined correction documents.
