RFKKINFAR01 - Archiving of Information Container Data

Description

Report RFKKINFAR01 carries out the first step in archiving data in information containers in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA): Writing data to the archive.

The second step is done by report RFKKINFAR02: Deletion of this data from the database based on the archive previously created.

All entries are archived that meet these conditions:

• Status is either 1 (Container Data Sent) or 2 (Container Data (Partially) Not Sent without Errors)

• Send date is far enough in the past (with reference to archiving key date and residence time)

The archiving object is FI_MKKINF.

The program also checks whether the residence time defined in Customizing has been exceeded. Archiving only takes place if the check has been completed successfully.

Note that information container data that has been saved in a data container (database table FPP_CLUST) is not archived. This data is deleted from the database by the report RFKKINFAR02 in a second step. The information container categories affected are indicated by the storage type Data Container.
