RFKKINVDOC_GOBD_EXP_SHORT2FILE - Data Extracts: Export of Extracted Entries

Purpose

This program exports entries from tables with summarized DFKKINVD_*_SH data to a selected object for the government tax audit.

Prerequisites

The tables with the summarized DFKKINVD_*_SH data must be filled by importing data extracts (see Integration).

Selection

Various fields are available to you for selection (not all objects use all fields).

Standard Variants

Output

Multiple output formats are possible (see Output Category of an Extract). Only those data records and fields that correspond to the selected layout are exported. You can define a layout in transaction FPSELP1.

Further notes

Authorization checks

To fulfill the German Principles of Data Access and Verifiability of Digital Documentation (GdPdU), in addition to the standard authorization checks (company code and business area), you can also use the report to carry out authorization checks for the auditor. The control data for these checks is in tables TPCPROG, TPCUSERN, and TPCDATEN.

In table TPCPROG, you can activate the checks for program RFKK_DOC_EXTR_EXTR.
