RFKK_DISCO_DATA_SEND_ONPREM - Send Disconnection and Reconnection Requests to External System

Purpose

You use this program to send disconnection and reconnection requests to an external system.

Integration

Prerequisites

The S/4HANA system is integrated with the external system receiving the disconnection and reconnection requests.

The configuration of the APIs ContractAccountingServiceDisconnectionProposalNotification_Out and ContractAccountingServiceReconnectionProposalNotification_Out, sending disconnection and reconnection requests is in place.
Please note that the names of these APIs can differ in releases higher than SAP S/4HANA 2020.

The remote system has implemented the receival of data (server) from these APIs.

The data related to disconnection and reconnection requests was made available by the following processes:

• During dunning of overdue items with the corresponding dunning activity configured and all preconditions for creating disconnection requests fulfilled

• By the payment analysis program (transaction FKK_DISCPROP_ANALYZE) which checks whether the incoming payments for the receivables that led to disconnection requests is sufficient and the total payment exceeds the minimum required amount defined in Customizing.
