Purpose

You use this program to monitor disconnection and reconnection requests.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

The program selects disconnection and corresponding reconnection requests according to the selection parameters entered.

The system indicates whether a disconnection or reconnection request has been sent.

For the system to display disconnection or reconnection requests, they must have been created during dunning or by the payment analysis program (transaction FKK_DISCPROP_ANALYZE).

If expected disconnection or reconnection requests are not displayed, check whether the dunning run, payment run, or payment analysis run was executed successfully and with what results.

The system displays the status obsolete for disconnection or reconnection requests if the underlying dunning run or payments were reversed before these disconnection or reconnection requests were sent. In this case, the disconnection and reconnection requests will not be sent.

However, the system sends disconnection and reconnection requests with status invalid. The system sets this status when the corresponding reversal was made after a disconnection or reconnection request was sent to the external system.
