Purpose

The program RFKK_DISP_CORRLOG displays changes that were made in the Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable database tables using standard transactions that were not allowed for making the changes.

Changes can be performed using the following methods:

  • You are changing table entries in transaction SE16N.
  • SAP Support corrects data with errors using a correction program or using transaction SE16N.

Changes in the Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable database tables are not permitted using standard transactions that are not allowed for these changes. Changes to the Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable document data (for example table DFKKOP) can result in inconsistent documents or inconsistencies in the reconciliation within Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (for example in transaction FPT1) or between Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable and General Ledger Accounting. You can find information on reasons for inconsistent documents in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable in SAP note 2096607. For more information on reconciliation see, SAP note 1632215.

SAP Support corrects inconsistent data records as part of message processing in consultation with the department responsible. To guarantee traceability, the system logs all changes. You can trace all log changes with this program.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

In the selection screen you can delimit the performed changes as follows:

  • According to date and time of change
  • According to the program that executed the change
  • According to the user that executed the change
  • According to the changes made to the table

Additionally, you can search for a certain table key. The table key consists of the value of all of the respective key fields in the internal ABAP format (including client). For example, if you want to search for the document 4711, enter *4711*.

Standard Variants

Output

The program first of all displays the executed changes in the form of a header entry, a changed table and the number of changed records in tree format. By double clicking on a table name, the changes performed are displayed in an ALV (ABAP List Viewer).

The system respectively displays the status before and after the change made. The changed fields are highlighted. The value of the change is defined in red and the value after the change in green.

In the case of deleted table entries, the value before deletion are displayed and in the case of added entries the value after the changes were made are displayed.

If you set the parameter Display Current Data, the system also displays the current entry in the database. Fields that have already been compared with the displayed changes are defined in yellow.
