RFKK_DUNEXC_CLEANUP_DES - Data Destruction: Delete Dunning Exceptions

Purpose

To free up space in your database, you can delete dunning exceptions that are no longer needed with this program that the dunning proposal run has logged.

Integration

To determine the data for the deletion, you have to create a rule set. If a rule set is not available for the ILM object FI_MKKMAEX_DESTRUCTION, call up the transaction IRMPOL and select the following values:

·,,Policy category Retention rules

·,,Object category SAP Business Suite

·,,ILM object FI_MKKMAEX_DESTRUCTION

·,,Choose New

Activities

You can run the program in two different modes:

·,,Test mode
The destruction process is simulated according to the chosen selection criteria: The simulated results are logged and displayed with the standard functions defined under “detail log” and “log output”.

·,,Production mode
The data is physically destroyed according to the chosen selection criteria: The results are logged and displayed with the standard functions defined under “detail log” and “log output”.
