Purpose
You use this report within e-discovery to determine FI-CA dunning activities. If the report is called from the transactions SCASE or ILM_LHM, the system assigns the determined dunning history references to the corresponding case, to set a legal hold.
Integration
Prerequisites
Features
The search takes place using BOR keys on the database, in the archive, and in archive files. On the database, the report determines installment plans based on BOR keys. In the archive, the report searches for BOR keys in the info structures created for CA_DUNNING. In archive files, the report searches for BOR keys in specific archive files. If this option is selected, you must select the archive files that are to be searched.
You can create a report variant with the following input parameters:
1.,,Enter the selection data as required.
2.,,Select the options for data selection (Search in Database, Search in Archive).
3.,,Save.
4.,,On the variant attributes screen, enter the variant name.
Once the variant has been saved, you can run the report with the transaction ILM_LHM for an existing or new legal case as follows:
1.,,Select a case on the Set legal holds processing screen.
2.,,Choose Change.
3.,,On the Change legal case processing screen, select E-Discovery in the section for blocked data.
4.,,Enter the report RFKK_EDISC_FI_MKKDUNN as program name.
5.,,Enter the variant name.
