Purpose

The assignment mechanisms FLQAC and FLQAD for the liquidity caclulation track the document chain for each actual line item that begins at the top, with the related actual document line item. If the documents and clearing procedures in accounting do not map this individual cash flow, but rather many very large documents are involved in the clearing procedures, then the evaluation cannot be used and is non-transparent (N:M treatment).

You can use this program to select line items with a special origin symbol when the entered limits are exceeded during chain tracking. This means the line items can safely be exluded using selection from FLQAC/FLQAD and they can receive their liquidity item using another method.

Integration

The program uses the exit functions that you defined in FLQC13 to reduce documents and clearing bundles. It also uses heuristic that is firmly installed in the mechanisms to form pairs of actual line items and info line items. Therefore, you should execute the program with the same query sequence (category C) and assignment exit function as the actual assignment programs, even if the program cannot assign new liquidity items to the documents.

The program tends to be much faster than FLQAC because it does not process the bad documents completely individually, but rather selects all the related actual line items immediately if one of them has exceeded the value limit.
