Title

Reconciliation of History for General Requests

Purpose

The report finds the entries from all selected general reconciliations for which FI-CA documents have been reversed and marks them with Document Reversed in the history.

The Document Reversed indicator in the history means that documents are generated during the next document generation run to replace the reversed documents. Therefore, you should only use the report if you want to regenerate the report for a payment made on general requests.

The selection of the general requests and the limitation of the number of hits takes place after the selection using the intervals Request Number, Document Date, Posting Date, and Document Number. The report then only includes general requests for which FI-CA documents have already been posted (status = 3), or general requests that have been completed (status = 4).

Selection of general requests by:

  • Request Number
  • Document Date
  • Posting Date
  • Document Number

The maximum number of hits is limited to 250 data records. However, you can overwrite this number if necessary.

Log

The report issues a log. This contains all general requests in the history table for which the program set the reversal indicator to X for the document during reconciliation.

The log contains the following fields:

  • Request Number
  • Name
  • Document Date
  • Status
  • Created By
  • Entered On
  • Document Type
  • Document Number
  • Posting Date of Document
  • Reversal Document

You can double click on the Request Number, Document Number, and Reversal Document fields to display detailed information. This calls up the following transactions:

  • Request Number: Display General Request (FKKORD3_EXT)
  • Document Number or Reversal Document: Display Document (FPE3)
