Purpose

This report has 2 functions

  • Executing a Dunning process based on the entries in Real Time Dunning table
  • Show the context of the Real Time Dunning table

Entries in Real Time Dunning should exists

Features

The idea is that this report should be executed in background several times a day to execute automatically dunning runs based on Real Time Dunning Table. Also in case of errors will be advisable to execute the report to see the content of the table and possibly the log resulting of the execution to help the user to research on possible causes of the problem.

Selection

Business Partner: It is the ID of the Business Partner

Number of BPs per dunning run: For reason of performance it is possible to organize Dunning Run in a specific number of Business Partner (BP) per run. If the number of BPs are low the recommendation is 1 per run.

Repeat error notification: The report will send notirication to the BP responsible in case of error, this flag will continue sending the same notification everytime the report runs and an error occurs.

Show entries: Allow to specify the type of run or display the user want. None, means that Real Time Dunning is executed immediatelly. All, will show all the entries existing in the table based on the selection of BPs. Executed, allow the user to see past execution as well as the log ot those executions. Pending, will show the entries that are ready for next execution.

Standard Variants

Output

The report will be able to present the list of entries in table Real Time Dunning. The relevant fields are:

  • Business Partner
  • Dunning Date ID
  • Dunning ID
  • Date and Time of creation
  • Dunning Process: Parameters, Proposal or Activity Run
  • Dunning Status: Initial or Executed
  • Error Flag, if an error in the dunning run occurs. When an error occurs a notification to BP responsible is sent.
  • Finished Flag, in case the process finishes by execution dunning activity run.
  • Sent Flag, indicating that a notification was sent
  • Sent Date
  • Job name of Dunning Execution. By clicking here you will see the an execution log of the process.
  • Job Date
  • Job Time
