Title

Transaction Register Report with FACTSII Attributes

Purpose

The report displays transactions showing attributes relevant to FACTSII. These attributes include, but are not limited to, fiscal year, account, and apportionment category.

Prerequisites

Features

This report uses the ABAP List Viewer (ALV). This allows you to choose, change, and save display variants. Fields can be hidden, moved around, and resized. Data can be sorted, summarized, and filtered on one or more fields.

Selection

The standard selection screen contains two blocks:

1. Common data
2. General ledger data

The transaction currency is the only mandatory field. The other selection fields are optional. However, you should enter values for as many fields as possible to reduce the result set.

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays transactions showing all attributes that are relevant to FACTSII. Once you have the data in your desired format, you can print it or export it to a text file.

Use transaction RFACTS2_TR to start this report.
