Title

Conversion program for the tables PSOSEGS und PSOSEGA

Purpose

This program converts the field contents of the field FIPOS into the field contents of the field FIPEX.

Features

Two cases are possible on conversion:

• If the length of the field contents of the field FIPOS is less than or equal to 13, then the program transfers the field contents without a a change, that is the field contents does not have to be converted. In this case, the program copies the data records for all clients simultaneously.

• If the length of the field contents of field FIPOS is equal to 14, then the program converts the field contents using the table contents of the table FMFXPO into field FIPEX. The conversion takes place per client for each ten thousand data records.

The program is automatically executed on upgrade to Release 4.61A. It can still be called up as often as you like.

Output

The program generates a log with the standard log interface.
