RFPHPF_HU - PHPF Declaration (Hungary)

Purpose

You use this report to display all billing documents that contain Public Health Product Fee (PHPF) relevant materials within a specified period.

Features

This report serves as a forum for various organizations to declare PHPF-relevant materials and pay the necessary taxes to the government.

Selection

On the selection screen, you enter the following details:

• In the General Data group box, enter the company code, fiscal year, condition type.

• In the Further Selections group box, enter the reporting quarter and reporting month.

Standard Variants

Output

The list shows all the billing documents that match the user selection. If no value is mentioned in the Layout field, the system displays the list in the default layout, if any.

If you want to display a billing document, select the relevant entry in the output list. Double-click on the billing document. The system takes you to the Overview of Billing Items (VF03) screen. You can now view the billing document details.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> Accounts Receivable -> Reporting -> Hungary.
