Purpose

You use this report to deactivate leased assets by selecting various contracts and assets that were created in Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

Integration

You can reverse the deactivation of leased assets again using transaction RECEASSETDEACTRV.

Prerequisites

To ensure that a fixed asset of this kind can be deactivated, the following conditions must be met:

  • The maximum contract end date (including renewal options) must be reached.
  • There must not be any open valuation for the asset.
  • The useful life of the asset must have expired.
  • There must not be any cash flow planned items for the asset.
  • If the asset is assigned to the last time slice of the valuation rule, all valuation cash flow records for this valuation rule must have been posted.

Features

Select the leased assets that you would like to deactivate.

Selection

To run the report, you enter all posting-relevant data in the Postinggroupbox.

You can further narrow down your search results by making use of the other filtering options on the selection screen.

To allow contracts to be selected by business partner, you must set the Partner Selection Activeindicator in the Contract Selection group box. The contracts to which the partner is assigned are selected – regardless of the validity period of the assignment.

To allow selection of contracts by the objects assigned to them, you must set the Object Selection Active indicator in the Contract Selection group box.
Please note that if the indicator is not set, the fields for selection by assigned objects will still be available for input, but the system will ignore all entries during selection.

In the Selection group box, you can choose the valuation objects that serve as a basis for their corresponding valuation rule that the assets are assigned to.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays a list that matches your selection criteria and that contains information about the deactivation status of your assets as well as an accounting document.

Activities

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting → Flexible Real Estate Management → Balance-Sheet Valuation of Contracts → Contract Valuation → Deactivate Leased Assets(transaction RECEASSETDEACT).
