Report: RECEISBALANCE

Use

This program displays the leasing valuation data for contracts in a list.

Overview

When the program is called from transaction RECEISBALANCE, the following report-specific restrictions are possible in addition to the selections for contracts used in other reports:

o,,Selection option Leasing Parameters: You can restrict the display to an individual asset or asset class

o,,Selection option Valuation Rules: You restrict the display to certain valuation rules.

o,,Selection option Output Options: You restrict the display to a certain period. The period is derived from the date entered (or date range)

Result display:

A list is displayed, which is based on the valuation cash flow. For each selected time period for the evaluation period, it represents the valuation process, by cumulating the cash flow records relevant for the respective period. You use the parameter Use Fiscal Year to decide whether you want to see the sequence for the calendar year periods or the fiscal year periods, provided that this is not the same as the calendar year periods, in the list of the valuation process.

The progression over time of the right of use and the leasing liability for valuation rules are represented by the valuation type ‘Balance-Sheet Capitalization’.
