RFREORCOSTPOSTPORV - Continuous Occupancy: Reversal of Postings

Purpose

This program reverses the costs for the continuous occupancy.

Select the objects for which cost postings are to be reversed. You can use multiple selection to select more than one reservation object type.

Internal Occupancy:

Specify the document numbers to be reversed with the controlling area or the account assignment objects of the occupant or service provider (reservation object) to identify the documents to be reversed. The corresponding postings are reversed in Controlling.

External Occupancy:

Specify the date as of which the cash flow records (planned records) are to be deleted. The program deletes cash flow records for the relevant outline agreement according to the occupancy. If the cash flow records were already posted (actual records), you first need to reverse the postings in Financial Accounting ( Reverse Contract Postings transaction).
