RFTBLCHR - Limit Management: Change Person Responsible

Description

This report makes it possible to enter a new resubmission recipient for a list of limits, determined according to a list of diverse selection criteria.

If the field 'New submission recipient' is left blank in the selection screen, the previously entered clerk and resubmission date will be deleted from the selected list of limits.

Finally, the change list will be displayed.
