Loading TR-CM Memo Records from Files into the System
Description
The program imports memo records created outside the system and creates the records in the system. See below for information on the file formats supported.
During the import, the external data is check to ensure it is compatible with the system. It is then check again to ensure it is consistent with the memo records created in the system.
You can permit the generation of a Structure for External Generation of Memo Records.
Requirements
Data Requirements
Each line in the external memo record data must satisfy at least the following criteria:
- The company code and planning type must be specified.
- Either a planning group or the bank account must be specified.
Files and File Formats
Data Structure
External data must match the data structure FDES_IMPORT.
Output
The system creates memo records.
Example
You create memo records using Excel and store them on your PC in Excel format. You then decide to transfer the memo records in Excel format to the system. You use this program to do that.
