RFTXM300 - Generate MT300 SWIFT Files

Description

Report RFTXM300 is used to generate SWIFT MT00 confirmation messages for foreign exchange transactions. The report checks whether a SWIFT confirmation has been defined for the product type/transaction type concerned. After a file has been generated, the confirmation status of the transaction is set to Executed.

The selection screen allows you to choose the transactions to be confirmed. To generate a file, you have to enter the execution date and an identification. If you set the Collective File indicator, the system generates one file per business partner comprising several transactions. If you do not set this indicator, the system generates one file per transaction.

You can repeat file generation in two separate steps:

1. Select one or several historical SWIFT correspondence records from the correspondence monitor. Using the repeat function, you can then generate new correspondence planned records.
2. You can repeat file generation on the basis of the correspondence planned records generated in step 1).

Output

After the data medium has been created, the report produces a success/error log, which you can print out. You can choose a pushbutton to branch to the Administration data medium. From there, you can load the generated files to an external storage medium.
