RFVD_ARC_MIGRATE_BP_RET - Migrate data from VDARC_BP_RETN to VDARC_RET

Purpose

You use this report to migrate the data from VDARC_BP_RET to VDARC_RET. It reads all the archived loan application/offer and contracts that are archived and has the retention entry in VDARC_BP_RET table. It later updates the VDARC_RET table accordingly.
