Description
The report prints general letters.
The letters are printed per rental agreement. You can decide which letters are printed for which recipients. For this, you enter the correspondence activity (CA) on the initial screen which corresponds with the settings you require. The system automatically defaults a correspondence activity but you are able to overwrite this.

Before you initially run the report there must be at least one form letter for general letters in the word processing program which youf use for correspondence.
These letters are found in the document group MVAG.
Make sure this requirement has been fulfilled.
Letter Customizing: Execute function
Maintain letters
----------------
Before you initially run the report you need at least one form letter for residential rental agreements in the word processing system which you use for correspondence. The same applies to the accompanying letter.
These letters are stored in the document group MVAG.
Check whether such letters are available.
Customizing letters: Execute function
Correspondence application '009' is used to print the general letters.
You can set default values for the correspondence activities. In a
correspondence application you can group several
correspondence activities together and indicate which one is to appear as the default value on the initial screen of the report.
