Description

The report prints notices or confirmations of notices on rental agreements.

The letters are printed per rental agreement. By setting up correspondence activities you can decide which letters to print for which recipients.

Letter Maintenance

Before you initially run the report there must be at least one form letter for this purpose in the word processing system which you use for correspondence.

These letters are found in document group MKVM (Notice given by landlord), MKNW (Confirmation of notice given by tenant not for requested date and MKWD (Notice given by tenant for requested date).

Make sure this requirement has been fulfilled.
Letter Customizing: Execute function

Correspondence application '110' is used to print the notice.

The following applies to Switzerland:

Each canton (regional location) has its own notice form. Maintain a correspondence activity and the printing language for each regional location in Switzerland.
Execute function

If the business entity of the rental agreement is in this regional location, the corresponding correspondence activity is automatically used when you print the notice.
