Description

The main purpose of this report is to generate samples of flat files in the form the direct input expects rental agreements.

An existing portfolio of rental agreements is stored in a flat file. You can restrict the number of rental agreements to be stored using the selection function. You can store the flat file itself as a logical file on the application server or locally on the presentation server.

In the case of internal number assignment, the rental agreements are stored without their rental agreement number, which means that the number is internally generated when the file is imported (requirement: internal number assignment is set in Customizing).

In the case of external number assignment, the rental agreement numbers remain as they were assigned.
