RFVINK01 - Service Charge Stt. for Settlement Identification: Correspondence

Description

The report prints service charge settlements that are from a specific settlement run.

Correspondence is printed for each lease-out. You can decide which letters are to be sent to which recipients.

Before executing the report, you need at least one form letter for the service charge settlement and one for the attachment in the text processing system that you have linked to your correspondence application.

Correspondence for service charge settlement is stored in the document group SCS and the attachment for the corresponding letter is in the document group SCAT.

Make sure that this requirement is fulfilled.
Customizing correspondence: Execute function

Correspondence application '042' belongs to the service charge settlement.
