Title
Purpose
The program creates correspondence about missing sales reports.
The letters are issued for each contract. You can decide the letters that are printed together with their recipients. To do this, enter the correspondence activity (CA) in the initial screen of the program that corresponds to the settings you require. The systems defaults one correspondence activity but you can overwrite it.
Integration
Prerequisites
Set one or more letters for the document group "General Letter". Create a correspondence activity to be used by these letters and assign the correspondence application "General Letter" to the correspondence activity. Set contract type 2 ("Lease-Out") for the correspondence (not 9 "General Contract"). The correspondence activity can be used with this program for general contracts as well as with the correspondence program "General Letters" for lease-outs.
