RFVIWM01 - Residential Lease-Out Form: Correspondence

Description

The report prints residential lease-outs and, if requested, the accompanying letter.

The letters are printed per lease-out and you can decide which letters to print for which recipients.

Requirements

Letter Maintenance

Before you initially run the report there must be at least one form letter for the residential lease-out in the word processing system which you use for correspondence. This also applies to the accompanying letter to the tenant.

These letters are found in the following document groups:

• Residential lease-outs are in document group WMV1.

• Residential lease-outs letters are in document group WMVA.

Make sure this requirement has been fulfilled.
Letter Customizing: Execute function

Correspondence application '100' is used to print the lease-out.
