RFVWXBKZ - Conversion report position indicator VWPBUKR --> VWPDEPO

Description

Changes to the position indicator:

The field custody type (VWPDEPO-SVERWA) has two digits. The new field is called VWPDEPO-SMOVERW. The fixed values from domain SVERWA are transferred from tables TW50 and TW50T, provided they are not yet available there.

The fields from VWPBUKR, which also occur in VWPDEPO, are transferred to VWPDEPO, as default values, provided they have not been maintained there.

The new field VWPDEPO-SKWG14NEU is initialized.
