RGGBS0TR - Exit Routines for Substitutions

Title
Purpose
This report contains FORM routines for the user exit that the system uses for data substitution purposes in accounting documents.
Of particular interest to businesses in Turkey is user exit U103, which, in accounting documents used for checks or bills of exchange, changes the baseline date of the offsetting item to the average due date of the checks or bills. When calculating the average due date, the user exit weights the checks and bills according to their amounts.
Once you have entered a document, the user exit checks whether it includes any checks or bills and if so, whether you have changed the default baseline date of any of the offsetting items for the checks or bills (by default, the system proposes the document date).
If this is the case, the user exit checks whether the baseline date of all the offsetting items is the same as the average due date of the checks and bills. If not, the system notifies the user by means of a message and allows them to change the baseline dates.
If, on the other hand, the user exit recognizes that none of the offsetting items has been changed manually, it changes the baseline date of each to the average due date of the checks and bills.
Prerequisites
In order for the user exit to be available to the system, you must assign the report to the application area for user exits for substitutions (in Customizing for Financial Accounting, under Special Purpose Ledger -> User Exits -> Matintain Client-Specific User Exits in FI-SL).
If you have already created a report of your own for other user exits and assigned this to the application area for user exits for substitutions, copy user exit U103 from this report to your own.
