RGJOADEL - Delete Joint Operating Agreement Master Data

Description
The report RGJDEL00 deletes joint ventures which do not have any postings to an equity group. The user must specify the
If no postings were made, the JV is deleted from all master data tables and change documents are created.
If the systems finds any postings, an error message informs the user that the JV cannot be deleted.
Future release will incorporate a reorganization facility which will allow to archive old JV's which were posted to.
