RGJVBE02_ACD - Billing data selection: Expenditure detail / supplemental detail

Description

This program extracts Expenditure Detail Report data from the Joint Venture Ledger and exports into JV* database. The data is held by venture and equity group. Subsequently the database is used by the Hard Copy [RGJVBR10_ACD] and EDI [RGJVEDIO_ACD] programs to generate the Detailed Expenditure Report of the total billing package.

The process will be run on a monthly basis for all ventures and across all equity groups and partners (owners) unless suspended. The facility will exist to re-run the program for a selection of ventures and/or partners.

The extract program will be run as part of a job stream of different extracts that also contains the extract from the Billing Ledger for the Billing Invoices and Billing Statements [RGJVBE01_ACD].
