RGJVBUP1 - Update Billing Extracts for New and Changed Fields

Description

Updating old billing extracts for new and modified fields in billing structures T8JVB03 and T8JVB26.

The billing extract programs use modified structures. As a result of this if you run the billing program (hardcopy or EDI), you will get an error message and program termination. In order to 'upgrade' your old billing extracts to be compatible with this release, you must run this program once for all ventures and partners that you like. Additionally you can specify a beginning and ending year and period. A new extract is first created with a different RELID, and then the old extract is overwritten with the new one. Hence, in case there is a problem while writing the new extract, the old extract is not destroyed.
