RGUSLSEPH - Compare HDB Totals Records with Total from HDB Line Items

Description

The program RGUSLSEPH can be used to reconcile the totals records from an SL-type ledger with the line items on the secondary database. You can select the secondary database connection on the selection screen. The database connection selected in transaction HDBC is selected by default. We recommend that you perform a reconciliation for the company code and fiscal year. You can limit the selection using record type, version, business area, account, and posting period. Differences between the totals record and the total of the corresponding line items are displayed in a list. The data record is determined by the aforementioned key figures and by a debit/credit indicator.

Requirements

The ledger in question updates line items.

Output

The displayed amount fields contain the differences between the amounts of the totals records and the total of the line items for each data record. You can display three additional fields by entering the additional fields on the selection screen. By double-clicking a data record, you can branch to a further list.
