Purpose

This report is used to select and delete obsolete entries from table T77UU.

Integration

The functions are embedded into the HR authorization workbench HRAUTH.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites must be met to select table entries:

a) Entries must exist in table T77UU

b) Entries in table T77UU are considered obsolete if the following apply:

1) No corresponding entry exists in table T77UA

2) No structural profile can be assigned via an implementation of the BAdI

HRBAS00_GET_PROFL.

Features

Selection

The entries from table T77UU to be processed are read according to the selection criteria. We recommend that you not make any restrictions to check the table completely.

Standard Variants

None

Output

Any entries found that are considered obsolete are output in a list.

You can select entries individually and then delete them using the "Delete Entries in Table T77UU" button. If the entry is deleted successfully, the list is updated after the success message is issued. If an error occurs while deleting the entry, you can see the error log by choosing the "View Error Log" button.

Activities

Launch the functions as you require. We do not recommend that you schedule a regular job for this.

Example

You generate the user view via report RHBAUS00. Entries in table T77UU are required to do this. An employee leaves the company and the related system user is deleted. Any existing entries in table T77UA are also deleted. The corresponding entry in table T77UU remains.
