RHECM_CONV_BUDGET - Convert budget stock unit

Purpose

Use this program to convert mass data of an existing budget structure from one stock unit to another.

Output

The system displays a message for each budget unit, outlining which budget units have been converted successfully and any conversion errors.

Activities

1. In the Budget Selection frame:
1. Select budget type (for example, Long Term Incentive, Bonus Budget, Salary Increase).
2. Select the Budget period.
3. Enter the 8 digit numerical Budget Unit code.
2. In the Stock Unit Selection frame, enter the old and new stock units.

Note: You can run the report in test mode by selecting the Test run box.

1. Execute the report.

Example

You can use this report for a stock split to convert all data on the Budget Definition infotype (1520) that belongs to a specific budget type and budget period.
